This morning, the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Tonga, Lord Fakafanua, warmly welcomed the President of the South Australian Legislative Council, Hon. Terry Stephens, along with the Speaker of the House of Assembly, Hon. Leon Bignell, and the Clerk of the House of Assembly, Rick Crump, to the Parliament's Chamber.
