THE Speaker of the Legislative Assembly has denied media reports a vote of no confidence motion has been submitted to Parliament last week. This is misleading and wrong.

Lord Tu’ivakano made the comments yesterday morning when a news on the issue was broadcast in one of the privately owned FM radio station.

He said this is inaccurate information. Therefore he calls on media to stop collecting misleading information.

He adds if there is a submission of a vote of no confidence into Parliament, it will be released to the media.

The Speaker also asserts the media that Parliament’s work is carried out with integrity and honesty and therefore they should refrain from producing fabricated story.

He said media reports should carry only accurate and truthful stories.
